YOGA WEAR · TRAINING WEAR · FITNESS ESSENTIALS FOR EVERYDAY MOVEMENT
Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of chenersports products. This Limited Warranty explains the support available for eligible manufacturing defects in yoga wear, training wear, activewear, fitness equipment, and fitness accessories purchased directly from chenersports.online.
Our Commitment to Product Quality
Guangzhou Chener Sports Goods Co., Ltd. is committed to supplying products that are reasonably free from manufacturing defects when used for their intended purpose and cared for appropriately.
This Limited Warranty is designed to provide a clear process when an eligible manufacturing or workmanship defect appears after delivery. It applies in addition to, and does not replace, rights you may have under our Return & Refund Policy or mandatory consumer-protection law.
The warranty addresses defects caused by manufacturing or workmanship. It is not an insurance policy for accidental damage, ordinary wear, incorrect sizing choices, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
Warranty Period
Unless a product page expressly states a different warranty period, eligible products purchased directly from chenersports.online are covered by a 90-day limited warranty beginning on the confirmed delivery date.
The delivery date shown by the carrier, tracking record, or our order records will generally be used to determine the start of the warranty period.
- Yoga wear, training wear, activewear, and apparel: 90 days from delivery.
- Fitness accessories: 90 days from delivery unless the product page states otherwise.
- Fitness equipment: 90 days from delivery unless a longer product-specific warranty is stated.
- A replacement item is generally covered for the remaining portion of the original warranty period, subject to applicable law.
A stated warranty period does not shorten any non-waivable statutory right you may have for goods that are defective, unsafe, damaged, or materially different from their description.
What the Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that become apparent during the applicable warranty period under normal intended personal use.
Examples for apparel
- Seams separating under normal intended use because of defective stitching
- Stitching that is materially incomplete or incorrectly secured
- Zippers, snaps, hooks, or other closures failing because of a manufacturing defect
- Material defects present at delivery that materially affect normal use
- Major panel, waistband, or assembly defects attributable to manufacturing
Examples for fitness accessories or equipment
- Structural failure caused by a verified manufacturing defect
- Missing or incorrectly assembled components attributable to production
- Fasteners or attachment points failing under normal intended use because of defective workmanship
- Material defects that prevent the product from functioning as reasonably described
Coverage is determined after reasonable review of the order information, product condition, photographs, video where necessary, and any other relevant evidence.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by ordinary use, personal preference, accidental damage, misuse, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions.
Apparel exclusions
- Normal fabric wear, pilling, fuzzing, or abrasion from repeated use
- Fading or color change from washing, sunlight, sweat, chemicals, or normal aging
- Shrinkage or deformation caused by washing, drying, ironing, or care inconsistent with the care label
- Stretching, loss of elasticity, or compression changes resulting from normal long-term use
- Snags, cuts, tears, holes, burns, stains, or damage caused by external objects or accidents
- Damage caused by incorrect size selection, excessive pulling, or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Minor color, texture, or measurement variation within reasonable manufacturing tolerance
Fitness equipment and accessory exclusions
- Surface scratches, cosmetic wear, scuffs, or marks caused by normal use
- Damage caused by dropping, crushing, excessive force, impact, or improper storage
- Damage caused by exceeding stated weight, resistance, loading, or intended-use limits
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or alteration
- Loss of detachable components after delivery where not attributable to a manufacturing defect
- Consumable or naturally wearing components where wear is expected from normal use
Normal Wear and Tear
Normal wear and tear is the expected change that occurs as a product is used over time. It is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Gradual softening or change in feel of apparel fabrics
- Minor pilling or surface friction in high-contact areas
- Gradual fading after repeated washing or exposure to sunlight
- Normal reduction in elasticity after extended use
- Ordinary cosmetic wear to yoga mats, bands, handles, grips, or similar fitness products
- Minor surface marks that do not materially impair normal function
The useful life of a product depends on frequency of use, intensity, environment, maintenance, washing, storage, and other factors.
Product Care and Proper Use
Following the product label and reasonable care instructions helps protect performance and reduces avoidable damage.
For activewear and training apparel
- Follow the washing instructions printed on the garment care label.
- Wash with similar colors and suitable detergents.
- Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals unless specifically permitted by the care label.
- Avoid excessive heat that may damage elastic fibers or technical fabrics.
- Do not iron printed, bonded, or heat-sensitive areas unless expressly permitted.
- Allow garments to dry using the method recommended on the care label.
For fitness equipment and accessories
- Use the product only for its stated or reasonably intended fitness purpose.
- Inspect equipment periodically for wear or damage before use.
- Keep products reasonably clean and dry after use where appropriate.
- Store products away from excessive heat, moisture, sharp objects, or damaging chemicals.
- Do not exceed stated resistance, loading, or usage limitations.
Damage resulting primarily from failure to follow the care label, instructions, or reasonable intended-use guidance may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items on Arrival
If a product arrives damaged, visibly defective, incorrect, or materially incomplete, please contact us promptly after delivery.
We recommend reporting obvious delivery-condition issues within 7 days after delivery so that packaging, carrier records, and other evidence can be reviewed while still readily available.
Please include where relevant:
- Your order number
- Your full name and order email address
- The product name and affected quantity
- A description of the damage, defect, or error
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the shipping packaging if transit damage is suspected
- A photograph of the shipping label where useful for investigation
The 7-day recommendation helps us investigate delivery issues efficiently. It does not eliminate mandatory rights you may have under applicable law merely because an issue was discovered or reported later.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty support, email our customer-service team at FrancisShaw621@outlook.com.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Name used to place the order
- Email address used for the order
- Product name
- Size, color, or model where relevant
- Detailed description of the issue
- Date you first noticed the issue
- Clear photographs showing the defect and overall product condition
For some claims, we may reasonably ask for:
- Additional close-up photographs
- A short video demonstrating a functional defect
- A photograph of the care label, product label, serial/model label, or packaging where relevant
- Return of the item for physical inspection when photographs are insufficient
Please obtain return instructions from customer service before sending a warranty item. An unauthorized return may be sent to the wrong location and can delay handling.
Warranty Review Process
After receiving a claim, we will review the available evidence and order records to determine whether the issue appears to qualify for warranty coverage.
During the review we may:
- Approve a claim based on clear photographs and order history
- Request additional photographs or information
- Ask for a short video where a functional problem cannot be shown in a photograph
- Request return of the product for inspection
- Determine that the issue is normal wear, care-related damage, misuse, or otherwise outside warranty coverage
We aim to assess claims reasonably and consistently. Submission of a claim does not by itself establish that the issue is a manufacturing defect.
Available Warranty Remedies
If we determine that a claim is covered, the appropriate remedy will depend on the defect, product type, inventory availability, feasibility of repair, and applicable consumer law.
Where practical and suitable for the product, we may arrange or authorize a repair.
We may replace the eligible product with the same item when reasonably available.
If the original product is unavailable, we may offer a reasonably comparable product, subject to your agreement where required.
Where repair or replacement is not appropriate, or where required by applicable law, we may provide an eligible partial or full refund to the original payment method.
We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a monetary remedy where applicable law entitles you to a refund.
Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
If we approve a warranty claim and require the product to be returned, we will provide return instructions before shipment.
- If the defect is confirmed as covered and we require a return, we may provide a return label, reimburse reasonable approved return shipping, or use another return arrangement depending on location.
- Do not use an expensive or expedited shipping service unless we have agreed to it in advance.
- If inspection establishes that the issue is not covered, responsibility for any optional return shipment back to the customer will be explained before additional charges are incurred.
- Original delivery charges will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Please keep shipment receipts and tracking information for any authorized return until the claim is resolved.
Replacement Product Warranty
If an approved claim is resolved with a replacement product, the replacement is generally covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, unless:
- The replacement product carries a longer product-specific warranty;
- We expressly state a different replacement warranty in writing; or
- Applicable law requires a different period.
A warranty replacement does not reduce mandatory legal rights associated with the replacement product.
Proof of Purchase and Where the Product Was Purchased
Warranty support is available for eligible products purchased directly from chenersports.online.
To confirm eligibility, we may require proof of purchase such as:
- The chenersports order number
- Order-confirmation email
- Receipt or invoice issued for the order
- Other reasonable evidence that identifies the qualifying transaction
If a product was purchased through another seller, marketplace, reseller, or unrelated website, warranty support is generally governed by that seller's terms unless we have expressly designated that seller as an authorized channel with manufacturer warranty coverage.
When a Warranty Claim May Be Declined
We may deny or limit a claim where the available evidence reasonably shows that the issue is outside this Limited Warranty.
- The claim concerns normal wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect.
- The product was damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, improper washing, or improper storage.
- The product was modified or repaired by an unauthorized third party in a way related to the claimed issue.
- The product was used outside its stated or reasonably intended purpose.
- The claim cannot be matched to a qualifying purchase.
- The evidence provided is materially inconsistent with the claim.
- The claim is fraudulent, duplicated, fabricated, or made using altered evidence.
When additional evidence can reasonably clarify eligibility, we may request that information before making a final decision.
Warranty and Your Consumer Rights
This Limited Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty offered by chenersports. It does not replace mandatory consumer remedies that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights relating to goods that are defective, unsafe, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for a stated purpose, or materially inconsistent with their description.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude, waive, shorten, or restrict a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Our Return & Refund Policy may also provide remedies that are separate from this warranty, including returns that do not depend on proving a manufacturing defect where the policy and applicable law permit them.
Limitations of This Voluntary Warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Limited Warranty covers the remedies described in this policy for eligible product defects.
We are not responsible under this voluntary warranty for loss arising solely from misuse, ordinary wear, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury caused by negligence where protected by law, or mandatory product-safety and consumer-protection obligations.
Warranty Contact Information
If you have a warranty question or need to submit a claim, contact us using the information below.
To help us respond efficiently, include your order number and a clear description of the issue in your first message where possible.
Policy Updates
We may revise this Warranty Policy to reflect changes in products, support practices, fulfillment operations, or applicable requirements.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the warranty terms in effect when you purchased the product will generally govern that purchase. A later policy update will not retroactively remove an eligible warranty right that already arose under an earlier purchase.
